At the reception, the staff was a little overtaxed and we always had to wait a long time. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, we felt good and in good hands. Would come again and again & recommend the hotel to others.

L'orient palace has a beautiful private beach and outdoor pools, perfect for relaxation. The views from my room were fine. I also enjoyed the fitness center. Being close to local restaurants made dining easy and fun.

Here's the good and the not-so-good

The animation team provided lively entertainment every evening and the outdoor pools were well-kept offering a perfect spot to unwind

The hygiene left much to be desired with worn carpets and some bathroom fixtures not functioning properly
